目的观察白藜芦醇对双侧侧脑室注射链脲佐菌素大鼠脑内能量代谢的影响。方法 50只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分成假手术组、模型组、白藜芦醇10、20、30mg·kg~(-1)组。两侧侧脑室注射链脲佐菌素(3mg·kg~(-1))制备阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型,造模前1周开始灌胃给药,连续2周。造模1个月后,HPLC法测定各组大鼠脑组织ATP和ADP含量。结果模型组ATP含量下降、ADP含量升高,与假手术组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,白藜芦醇给药使ATP含量升高,ADP含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论白藜芦醇对链脲佐菌素大鼠脑组织能量代谢有一定的恢复作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on energy metabolism in the rat with bilateral intracerebroventricular injection of streptozotocin (STZ). Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and resveratrol 10, 20 and 30 mg · kg -1 groups. Both sides of the lateral ventricle injection of streptozotocin (3mg · kg -1) prepared Alzheimer’s rat model, 1 week before model administration began gavage for 2 consecutive weeks. One month after modeling, the contents of ATP and ADP in brain tissue of rats in each group were determined by HPLC. Results Compared with the model group, the content of ATP and the content of ADP in the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the resveratrol administration increased the content of ATP and the content of ADP Statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Resveratrol can restrain the energy metabolism of streptozotocin in rats.
