本文主要阐述了多项式回归分析在气垫带式输送机实验研究中的应用.通过回归分析得出了实验点的回归方程,绘制出拟合曲线.由这些拟合曲线可方便地得到盘槽上任意一点的气垫压力,在所绘制曲线上可得到指定气垫厚度下所需的空气流量,可供设计计算气垫带式输送机主参数时参考,也可用来验证理论分析的正确性.同时,还给出计算机程序框图和计算实例.该框图也适用于其它实验研究中的数据处理.
This paper mainly expounds the application of polynomial regression analysis in the experimental research of air cushion belt conveyor.The regression equation of the experimental point is obtained by regression analysis and the fitting curve is drawn.From these fitting curves, A little air cushion pressure can get the required air flow at the specified air cushion thickness on the drawn curve, which can be used as a reference when designing and calculating the main parameters of the air cushion belt conveyor, and can also be used to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Out of the computer program block diagram and calculation example, the block diagram also applies to data processing in other experimental studies.
