目的:利用超声检查对女性乳腺进行分型,并探讨女性乳腺的超声分型与病灶良恶性间的相关性。方法:观察2012年9月至2013年3月,因乳腺肿块于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院行手术治疗的432例患者(498个病灶),所有病例均经病理检查证实,其中恶性病灶162个,良性病灶336个。根据超声图像上病灶侧乳腺腺体组织厚度和结构将乳腺分为腺体型、腺纤维型和脂肪型,并采用χ2检验分析乳腺类型与病灶良恶性间的相关性。结果:腺体型与腺纤维型患者间的病灶良恶性分布差异无统计学意义(P=0.203),而腺体型与脂肪型间、腺纤维型与脂肪型间的良恶性病灶分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:女性乳腺的超声分型与乳腺癌间存在相关性,其中脂肪型乳腺患者的恶性肿瘤发生率最高。
Objective: To classify the female breast by ultrasound examination and to explore the correlation between the ultrasound type of the female breast and the benign and malignant lesions. Methods: From September 2012 to March 2013, 432 patients (498 lesions) surgically treated with breast lumps at Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were enrolled in this study. All cases were confirmed by pathological examination. The malignant lesions 162 A, 336 benign lesions. The mammary glands were divided into glandular type, glandular fiber type and adipose type according to the thickness and structure of the mammary gland tissue on the lesion side on the ultrasound image. The correlation between the breast type and the benign and malignant lesions was analyzed by χ2 test. Results: There was no significant difference in the distribution of benign and malignant lesions between glandular and glandular fibroids (P = 0.203). However, there was a significant difference in the distribution of benign and malignant lesions between glandular and adipose types Statistical significance (P <0.001). Conclusion: There is a correlation between breast cancer and ultrasound typing in breast cancer patients. Among them, the incidence of malignant tumors is the highest in patients with fatty breast.
