1987年十月中,下旬,中、日消防协会在公安部天津消防科学研究所试验场联合举办了石油火灾灭火试验,这是一次集当今世界先进灭火设备扑救油罐火灾和测试火灾情况的有效尝试。通过现场观看部分灭火试验表演,在灭火的组织形式,灭火的设备设施,灭火的时机和方法选择等方面都给了我们许多有益的启示。本文试就灭火时机,即“在石油着火的最初阶段将火灾扑灭”谈点看法。
In mid-1987, mid-late, China, Japan Fire Protection Association in the Ministry of Public Security Tianjin Institute of Fire test site jointly held a fire test of oil fire, which is a collection of today’s world-advanced fire extinguishing equipment tank fire and test the fire situation effective try. Through the on-site viewing of part of the fire test performance, we have many helpful enlightenments in fire-fighting organization, equipment and facilities for fire-fighting, timing of fire-fighting and selection of methods. This article tries to talk about the timing of extinguishing fire, “extinguishing a fire in the early stages of a fire”.
