用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)标记体外培养4周的人舌癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)。在建立人舌癌裸鼠移植瘤模型基础上,作3H-TIL的瘤周注射,通过检测每克组织的放射活性间接反映3H-TIL在体内的动态分布。结果发现,人舌癌TIL瘤周注射后分布到全身各器官组织中;在肿瘤组织的聚集量是正常组织的2.1~30倍,并且能聚集在远离注射部位的肿瘤组织。肿瘤组织离注射部位越近,其聚集量越多。提示,人舌癌TIL的瘤周局部注射可望发挥更好的抗瘤效果。
Human tongue cancer tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), which were cultured in vitro for 4 weeks, were labeled with 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR). On the basis of establishing human xenografts in nude mice, peritumoral injection of 3H-TIL was performed. The dynamic distribution of 3H-TIL in vivo was indirectly detected by measuring the radioactivity per gram of tissue. The results showed that TILs were distributed throughout tumor tissues after peri-tumor injection of TIL. The aggregates in tumor tissues ranged from 2.1 to 30 times that of normal tissues and could accumulate in tumor tissues away from the site of injection. Tumor tissue from the injection site closer, the more the amount of its accumulation. Tip, human perirenal TIL tumor injection is expected to play a better anti-tumor effect.
