2007年12月6日,铁道部科技司组织对由铁道部标准计量研究所主持,上海、郑州、西安铁路局和朔黄铁路发展有限责任公司等单位参加的铁道部科研课题《铁路产品分类及编码赋码规则研究》进行了技术评审。评审委员会由铁道部有关信息化、车辆、工务工程、通信信号、财务管理等有关专家组成。专家对研究成果的科学性、创新性、应用价值等给予了充分的肯定,一致同意通过评审,并提出如下评审意见:
On December 6, 2007, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Railways organized a series of research projects entitled “Classification of Railway Products and Their Participation in the Ministry of Railways under the auspices of the Institute of Standards and Metrology of the Ministry of Railways, involving Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Xi’an Railway Bureau and Shuohuang Railway Development Co., Ltd. Code Fu Code Rules ”conducted a technical review. The jury is composed of relevant experts from the Ministry of Railways about informationization, vehicles, public works projects, communications signals and financial management. Experts fully affirmed the scientificity, innovativeness and application value of the research results, agreed to pass the review and put forward the following opinions:
