The United States TVA will use television to observe the dam and spillway underwater concrete. This method was used on heavy pontoons on the Hood Canal in Washington State to examine concrete anchors and their anchoring cables below 90 meters. In the winter of 1959, the Huut Canal pontoon under construction was hit by repeated storms and three 550-tonne anchors slipped down the bottom of the canal steep slope and pulled a connecting cable and estimated that the other anchors were also affected Seriously washed. Divers can not work under water depths of 50-100 meters, and divers’ reports of concrete anchors under deep water can not meet the requirements of engineering staff. Therefore, the television law was adopted. The TV is in a boat. TV camera eight 500 watts
