目前,中国电信“智慧城市”的建设正在如火如荼地进行。各个省(区、市)的经济发展特点和水平不同,每个企业的建设和经营思路各异,决定了各地“智慧城市”建设的内容、方式各有不同。“不变的是原则,万变的是方法”。相同的战略总是需要不同的战术去推进、需要不同的智慧去实施。记者在浙江杭州、温州等地采访过程中,深切地感受到中国电信浙江公司在“智慧城市”建设的方方面面体现出的精巧智慧和精准战术。正是凭借对集团战略的深刻理解和把握,中国电信浙江公司才得以在“智慧城市”建设中创出特色、走出新路。
