紧随着三峡工程建设的脚步,三峡库区湖北省秭归县的40万人民正一步步地摆脱贫困,奔向富裕与文明。 上世纪90年代以来,党和国家领导人胡锦涛、江泽民、李鹏、朱镕基、吴邦国等多次亲临秭归,寄以厚望。李鹏题词:“服务大三峡,建设新秭归”。10年来,秭归人民牢记着党和国家领导人的殷殷重托,脚踏实地在峡江耕耘,在峡江这片热土上创造了一个个奇迹,为三峡库区脱贫致富奔小康树立了榜样。
