目的：了解金水六君煎口服液对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及抗炎效果的影响。方法：用金水六君煎口服液为小鼠灌胃，２１ ｄ 后每只小鼠腹腔注射５％ 的鸡红细胞悬液（ＣＲＢＣ） ，１２ ｈ 后，颈椎脱臼处死小鼠，吸取腹腔冲洗液滴于载玻片上，油镜观察，计算巨噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬百分率，检测小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能。于每鼠左耳背滴二甲苯２ 滴致炎，３０ ｍｉｎ 后处死小鼠，左耳肿胀部位及右耳相应部位各打下一耳片，于分析天平上称重，以左右耳片重量差作为炎性肿胀度。结果：金水六君煎口服液高、低剂量（ 灌胃每ｋｇ 体重４ ｇ 和２ ｇ 总生药） 匀可显著增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬指数（１ ．２７ ±０－１３，０－８１±０－１２） 和吞噬百分率［（８３－７４ ±４－９５） ％ ，（７４－９０ ±５－５７） ％ ］ 。对二甲苯所致肿小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抗炎作用。结论：金水六君煎有调节机体免疫功能和抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Jinshui Liujunjian Oral Liquid on phagocytosis and anti-inflammatory effects of macrophages in mice. METHODS: The mice were intragastrically administered with Jinshui Liujun Jian Oral Liquid. After 21 days, each mouse was injected intraperitoneally with 5% chicken erythrocyte suspension (CRBC). After 12 hours, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and the peritoneal lavage droplets were aspirated. On slides, observations were made with oil microscopy, macrophage phagocytic index and phagocytosis percentage were calculated, and macrophage phagocytosis was detected. Each mouse received 2 drops of xylene in the left ear, and the mice were sacrificed 30 minutes later. The left ear was swollen and the corresponding part of the right ear was tapped. The weight was measured on an analytical balance and the left and right ear weights were taken as the inflammation. Swelling degree. Results: The high and low doses of Jinshui Liujunjian Oral Liquid (concentration of 4 g/kg body weight and 2 g total crude drug) could significantly increase the macrophage phagocytic index in mice (1.27 ± 0-13, 0-81± 0-12) and phagocytosis percentage [(83-74 ± 4-95)%, (74-90 ± 5-57)%]. There was a clear anti-inflammatory effect on the swelling of the ear of swollen mice caused by xylene. Conclusion: Jinshui Liujun fried can regulate immune function and anti-inflammatory effect.
