目的 探讨白介素 8B型受体 (interluekine- 8receptor B,IL - 8RB)在大鼠脑垂体中的分布和表达 .方法 用免疫组化法 ,观察该受体在垂体中的分布 .提取组织和原代培养细胞的总 RNA,用 RT- PCR检测该受体 m RNA的表达 .结果 IL- 8RB+细胞主要分布于垂体前叶 .测序结果证实 ,PCR产物为 IL - 8RB m RNA.结论 首次证实在大鼠脑垂体中有 IL - 8B型受体的表达及其分布区 .
Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of interluekine - 8 receptor B (IL - 8RB) in the pituitary of rats.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of this receptor in pituitary.The tissue and primary The total RNA of the cells was cultured and the expression of m RNA was detected by RT-PCR.Results IL-8RB + cells were mainly distributed in the anterior pituitary.Results of sequencing confirmed that the PCR product was IL - 8RB m RNA.Conclusion It was confirmed for the first time in rats The Expression and Distribution of IL - 8B Receptor in Pituitary.
