咸阳,地处陕西关中平原腹地,国家级历史文化名城。中国移动陕西公司咸阳分公司成长在这样一个具有悠久历史的城市里。2009年是中国移动全业务运营元年,企业面临着金融危机、市场饱和的挑战和TD建设任务。咸阳分公司始终致力于打造一支具有战斗力、凝聚力和学习力的员工队伍。2009年该公司抓住省公司“星光大道”班组文化建设之机,以基层班组为主要载体,明确了“搭平台、抓兵头、重培训、正激励”的建设思路,分类指导、以点带面,努力实现战略执行到班组、管理落实到班组、文化落地到班组的既定目标。
Xianyang, located in the hinterland of Shaanxi Guanzhong Plain, a national historical and cultural city.
