随着社会的不断发展,工业生产和人民生活对能源的需求量越来越大,依赖性也越来越强。煤炭作为我国主要能源,它燃烧产生的烟气中含有大量SO_2气体,对大气的污染十分严重,因此减少燃煤烟气中SO_2的排放量,解决酸雨污染,创造一个清洁、健康的生存和工作环境,已成为我国政府和人民关心的重要问题之一。本文从烟气脱硫的工艺流程分析,提出了以PLC为控制核心,采用芬兰Vacon变频器进行变频控制的设计方案。实践证明,该系统具有运行稳定、操作简单、节约能源、脱硫效率高等许多优点,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
