海底管线在环境载荷中的响应是海底管道设计中的关键问题之一。通过三轴剪切试验获得了南海珠江口附近土壤的相关参数,并应用大型通用有限元计算软件ABAQUS程序模拟管土的相互作用,土体的本构模型(应力应变关系)采用弹塑性模型,对管土系统进行了有限元分析,获得土壤的柔性系数,应用得到的土壤柔性系数作为海底管道的边界条件,计算了在自重和周期载荷作用下单跨管道的应力分布和位移分布。计算结果对实际工程中的管道设计有重要意义。
The response of subsea pipelines to environmental loads is one of the key issues in subsea pipeline design. Through the triaxial shear test, the relevant parameters of the soil near the Pearl River Estuary in the South China Sea were obtained. The interaction between soil and pipe was simulated by ABAQUS software. The constitutive model of soil (stress-strain relationship) Finite element analysis of soil-soil system was carried out to obtain the soil flexibility coefficient. The soil flexibility coefficient was used as the boundary condition of submarine pipelines. The stress distribution and displacement distribution of single-span pipe under self-weight and cyclic loading were calculated. The calculation result is of great significance to the pipeline design in the actual project.
