目的分析我院近年来处方中抗感染药物的用药情况。方法收集我院含有抗感染药物的处方1023张,对用药情况进行统计分析。结果我院抗感染药物以喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类为主,以单一用药和二联用药为主,并且用药途径多为口服。结论论明确抗感染药物使用权限,加强对临床医师合理使用抗菌药物的培训,并通过各种途径提高大众合理用药知识。
Objective To analyze the medication of anti-infective drugs in our hospital in recent years. Methods A total of 1023 prescriptions containing anti-infective drugs in our hospital were collected and analyzed statistically. Results In our hospital, quinolones, cephalosporins and penicillins were the main anti-infective drugs in our hospital. Single drug and dual drug were the main anti-infective drugs in our hospital, and most of them were taken orally. Conclusions A clear anti-infective drug use rights, to enhance the rational use of antimicrobial clinician training, and through various channels to improve the public knowledge of rational drug use.
