系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的神经系统并发症是常见的,但舞蹈症是一个罕见的表现。国外文献曾报道约40例SLE伴有舞蹈症,仅少数病例舞蹈症是SLE的首发体征。有时舞蹈症仅是SLE唯一的首发体征。作者现报告1例并加以讨论。女,10岁,因舞蹈症5天入院。既往健康,无神经性或胶原性疾病家族史。体重50.0kg、生命体征正常,BP100/60Hg。查体发育良好,两臂呈明显的不自主地运动,手指颤动影响书写,说话拗口,语言不清,肌力正常,肌肉弹性增加。手足运动共济失调。
Neurologic complications of SLE are common, but chorea is a rare manifestation. Foreign literature has reported about 40 cases of SLE associated with chorea, only a few cases of chorea is the first signs of SLE. Sometimes chorea is the only starting sign for SLE. The author now reports 1 case and discusses it. Female, 10 years old, admitted to hospital due to chorea for 5 days. Family history of previous healthy, non-neurogenic or collagenous disease. Weight 50.0kg, vital signs normal, BP100 / 60Hg. Physical examination well-developed, his arms was significantly involuntary movements, fingers tremor affect writing, speaking articulate, unclear language, muscle strength, muscle flexibility increased. Hand-foot movement ataxia.
