以沉淀法合成了含锂及钛的复合氧化物Li1.5Ti1.625O4,并对其中Li+的抽出/嵌入进行了研究。通过X衍射、红外光谱(IR)、热重/差示(GT-DSC)等方法对各处理产物结构进行测试、表征,结果表明,所得产物具有尖晶石结构;在实验条件下,前驱体T750(Li)的盐酸处理产物T750(H)锂和钛的抽出率分别为88~97%和0.5~1.5%,且基本上保持了尖晶石的构造。
Li1.5Ti1.625O4, a composite oxide containing lithium and titanium, was synthesized by precipitation method. The extraction and intercalation of Li + were also studied. The structures of the treated products were tested and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetry / differential scanning calorimetry (GT-DSC) and the results showed that the obtained products had spinel structure. Under the experimental conditions, The extraction rates of lithium and titanium from T750 (Li) -containing product T750 (H) were 88-97% and 0.5-1.5%, respectively, and the spinel structure was substantially maintained.
