我们采用无环鸟苷乳音(商品名为克疱乳音)外用及病毒灵口服治疗带状疱疹和生殖器疱疹,现将结果报告如下: 一、临床资料 共观察90例,其中男56例,女34例,年龄16～78,平均39.4,病程1～9天,平均3.8天,其中带状疱疹82例,生殖器疱疹8例。 二、治疗方法及疗效判定 将90例病人分成两组,治疗组与对照组。治疗组予无环鸟苷乳音涂于患处每日5次,对照组予病毒灵0.2g/日三次口服,两组均为10天为一个疗程,20天后判定结果,并选择治疗前二周及治疗期间未用其他抗病毒药物者。 痊愈:症状及体征均消失,显效为皮损消退>70％,症状明显好转;好转为
