目的为研究ICA、64KDAb、IAA对1型糖尿病患者非糖尿病一级亲属的预测价值,对1型糖尿病患者及其非糖尿病一级亲属与普通人群中胰岛素自身抗体的分布情况进行了测定。方法①胰岛细胞抗体和谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体采用ELISA法测定。②血清胰岛素自身抗体采用放射免疫分析法测定。结果ICA、64KDAb、IAA在1型糖尿病患者及其一级亲属中阳性率明显高于普通人群,64KDAb阳性率高于 ICA、IAA。结论 64KDAb较ICA、IAA具有更高的敏感性,预示1型糖尿病的标志。 ICA、64KDAb、IAA三者联合检测可提高糖尿病的预测价值。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of ICA, 64KDAb and IAA in non-diabetic first-degree relatives of type 1 diabetic patients and to determine the distribution of insulin autoantibodies in type 1 diabetic patients and their non-diabetic first-degree relatives and the general population. Methods ① Islet cell antibody and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody were measured by ELISA. ② serum insulin autoantibodies using radioimmunoassay. Results The positive rates of ICA, 64KDAb and IAA in type 1 diabetic patients and their first degree relatives were significantly higher than those in the general population. The positive rate of 64KDAb was higher than that of ICA and IAA. Conclusion 64KDAb is more sensitive than ICA and IAA, indicating the sign of type 1 diabetes. ICA, 64KDAb, IAA combined detection of the three can increase the predictive value of diabetes.
