基于MBD的飞机蒙皮自动制孔工艺设计是飞机数字化制造工艺关键技术之一,根据飞机装配过程中自动制孔工艺设计的特点和要求,将制孔信息分为基准孔、夹紧孔、自动制孔三类,对制孔需要的点位、法矢、连接件材料、材料顺序、夹层厚度、夹层厚度顺序、标准件信息等提取的关键技术进行了研究,通过CATIA/CAA平台,开发了飞机自动制孔工艺设计软件,实现了制孔信息的分类、提取、规范存储等,有效地解决了飞机蒙皮自动制孔工艺设计难题,提高了工艺设计效率和飞机数字化制造水平。
According to the characteristics and requirements of automatic hole making process design in aircraft assembly process, the hole making information is divided into reference hole, clamping hole, automatic Three types of holes were made and the key technologies of hole extraction, normal vector, material of joints, order of materials, thickness of interlayer, order of interlayer thickness and information of standard parts were studied.
