《控制理论与应用》编委会于一九八五年十一月二十六日至三十日在广州举行了第二次会议,来自全国21个单位的34位代表出席了会议。会议由华南工学院副院长、第二届编委会主编李伯天教授主持。并致开幕词。会议期间组成了第二届编辑委员会,秦化淑副研究员代表主办单位做了关于调整编委会成员的说明。第一届编委会主编许国志研究员,副主编涂其栵教授对第一届编委会的工作做了总结报告。会上有七位同志做了学术报告。
The Editorial Board of “Theory and Application of Control” held its second meeting in Guangzhou from November 26 to August 30, 1985, with 34 representatives from 21 units nationwide. The meeting was presided over by Professor Li Botian, vice president of South China Institute of Technology and editor in chief of the second editorial board. And delivered an opening speech. During the meeting, the second Editorial Committee was formed. Associate Professor Qin Huaishu made an explanation on how to adjust the editorial board members on behalf of the organizer. Professor Xu Guochhi, chief editor of the first editorial board, and Professor Tu Qiuh, associate editor, made a summary report on the work of the first Editorial Board. Seven comrades at the meeting made academic reports.
