学生综合素质是就业的关键衡量标准,体育课是中等职业学校学生必修的基础文化课,教师在教学过程中既要传授体育知识、运动技能,又要全面提高学生的身体素质。促进学生健康成长;激发运动兴趣,培养学生终身体育意识;以学生发展为中心,重视学生主体地位;关注个体差异与不同需求,确保每一个学生受益等四方面的理念,都对体育教师的教学提出新方向和要求。
The overall quality of students is the key measure of employment. Physical education class is the basic culture class compulsory for secondary vocational school students. Teachers should not only impart the sports knowledge and sports skills during the teaching process, but also improve the overall quality of students. Promote the healthy growth of students; arouse the sports interest, cultivate lifelong physical education consciousness of students; regard student’s development as the center, attach importance to the dominant position of students; pay attention to individual differences and different needs and ensure that each student benefits. Propose new directions and requirements.
