目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定重楼克感滴丸中重楼皂苷Ⅰ和重楼皂苷Ⅱ的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(42:58),检测波长为203nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果:重楼皂苷Ⅰ在0.465-4.185μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),重楼皂苷Ⅱ在0.236-2.124μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。重楼皂苷Ⅰ的平均加样回收率为99.56%(RSD=1.93%),重楼皂苷Ⅱ的平均加样回收率为99.64%(RSD=1.90%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于重楼克感滴丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Zhongloukexiao Pill in Tremella saponin Ⅰ and Treponema saponin Ⅱ. Methods: Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (42:58). The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results: The linear relationship between polysaccharide Ⅰ and polysaccharide Ⅱ was linear in the range of 0.465-4.185μg (r = 0.9999) and 0.236-2.124μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery rate of Saponin Ⅰ was 99.56% (RSD = 1.93%). The average recovery rate of Saponin Ⅱ was 99.64% (RSD = 1.90%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Chonglouke drip pills.
