和谐企业的构建不仅是社会经济发展的必然要求,也是企业可持续发展的必经之路。在和谐社会构建过程中,职工思想政治工作的构建是企业的重要任务。员工的思想决定了企业是否能够长期稳定发展。因此文章针对现代和谐企业构建过程中对思想政治工作的要求,提出了如何在我国企业中进行职工的思想政治工作。和谐企业的形成将促进社会主义社会的和谐,从而促进企业和国家经济的发展。
The construction of a harmonious enterprise is not only an inevitable requirement of social and economic development, but also the only way for sustainable development of enterprises. In the process of building a harmonious society, the construction of workers’ ideological and political work is an important task of the enterprise. Staff thinking determines whether the business can long-term and stable development. Therefore, this article aims at the requirements of the ideological and political work in the process of building a modern harmonious enterprise, and puts forward how to carry out the ideological and political work of the staff and workers in our country’s enterprises. The formation of a harmonious enterprise will promote the harmony of socialist society and thus promote the economic development of enterprises and the country.
