使用火焰原子吸收分光光度仪测定了徐州市606名学龄正常儿童血清锌(Zn)铜(Cu)铁(Fe)的含量,发现血清Zn、Cu随年龄增加而逐渐下降。作者把所得数据用统计学处理,建议按年龄分为三组、并提出徐州市学龄儿童血清Zn、Cu、Fe的正常参考值。调查发现,被检查中身高或(和)体重≤P_(10)的学龄儿,其血清Zn、Cu含量与总体均值无明显差异,但血清Zn/Cu值与总体有显著性差异。作者认为应用血清Zh/Cu值结合发中微量元素情况评价儿童体内微量元素营养和发育为好。
Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the serum levels of Zn, Cu and Fe in 606 normal school-age children in Xuzhou city. It was found that the contents of serum Zn and Cu decreased gradually with the increase of age. The authors used the statistical data, the proposed age is divided into three groups, and put forward the Xuzhou school-age children serum Zn, Cu, Fe normal reference value. The survey found that the contents of serum Zn and Cu in the school-age children whose height or / or body weight ≤ P 10 were not significantly different from the overall mean, but the serum Zn / Cu values were significantly different from the overall. The authors believe that the application of serum Zh / Cu value combined with hair trace elements in children evaluation of trace elements nutrition and development as well.
