用酶联免疫方法（ＤＡＳ、ＥＬＩＳＡ），对经过热处理和茎尖培养获得的５个品种再生试管苗进行马铃薯Ｘ病毒、Ｙ病毒、卷叶病毒的检测。结果５个品系都有３种病毒都脱净的植株，邱北乌芋有６株，邱北白花芋４株，广南白洋芋有９株，广南紫洋芋有７株，马塘紫芋３株。脱毒率最高的品种为邱北白花芋达３３．３％，脱毒率最低为广南白洋芋为１２．８％。
Five varieties of regenerated plantlets obtained by heat treatment and shoot tip culture were tested for potato X virus, Y virus and leafroll virus by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS, ELISA). The results showed that all the 5 strains had three kinds of viruses, including 6 plants of Uighur, 6 plants of Qiu Bei, 4 plants of Guangnan, 9 plants of Guangnan, 7 plants of Maotang, 3 strains. The varieties with the highest detoxification rate were 33.3% of QiuBei white taro and the lowest detoxification rate was 12.8% of Guangnan white taro.
