职业教育直接培养社会亟需的应用型和技能型人才,与区域经济发展联系紧密。目前,天津滨海新区正处于快速发展时期,急需一大批高素质的技能型人才。这就要求职业院校在高技能人才培养过程中紧密对接行业企业的人才动态需求,实现深层次校企合作与工学结合,改革并完善人才培养模式,提高天津市职业教育水平。
Vocational education directly cultivates the urgent need of applied and skilled personnel in the society and is closely linked with the development of the regional economy. At present, Tianjin Binhai New Area is in a period of rapid development, urgently requiring a large number of highly qualified skilled personnel. This requires that vocational colleges closely meet the dynamic needs of talents in industrial enterprises during the training of highly skilled personnel, realize the deep cooperation between school and industry and the combination of work and study, reform and improve the personnel training mode, and raise the level of vocational education in Tianjin.
