通过原位熔融聚合的方法合成了聚酰胺11(尼龙11)/马来酸酐化乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)共混材料,采用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪研究共混物的流变特性。结果表明:PA11及其共混物融体均为假塑性流体,在200~230℃下的非牛顿指数n为0.538~0.775。随着POE-g-MAH含量的增加,表观黏度趋于增加。POE-g-MAH的加入导致体系的黏流活化能下降,表明共混材料的表观黏度对温度的敏感性降低,易于加工成型。
Polyamide 11 (Nylon 11) / maleic anhydride ethylene-octene copolymer (POE-g-MAH) blends were synthesized by in-situ melt polymerization. The blends were investigated by XLY-Ⅱ capillary rheometer Rheological properties of matter. The results show that the melt of PA11 and its blends are pseudoplastic fluid, and the non-Newtonian index n at 200-230 ℃ is 0.538-0.775. As the POE-g-MAH content increases, the apparent viscosity tends to increase. The addition of POE-g-MAH resulted in a decrease of the viscous flow activation energy of the system, indicating that the apparent viscosity of the blends is less sensitive to temperature and easier to process and form.
