Objective: To investigate the role of tick-borne ticks in the transmission of Borrelia burgdorferi. Methods: Toxoplasma gondii was collected from grassland in the forest area with cloth flag method, and its classification was identified. The direct fluorescent antibody method was used to test the tick-borne enteric bacteria and the isolates were isolated. Results: Ixodes wellbore was the dominant species of ticks in the world. The population incidence was closely related to the bite rate of the ticks. The rate of midgut ticks in the ticks was 40%. Two strains of Borrelia burgdorferi were isolated from 14 ticks The monoclonal antibody of the new isolate was the same as that of the domestic isolate M7, but different from the American strain B31. CONCLUSION: Ixodes niloticis is the dominant biological mediator of Lyme disease.
