目的寻求金昌地区小儿腹泻病原学和耐药性特征,以及肠道菌群变化,为有效预防、科学治疗金昌地区小儿腹泻病提供参考依据。方法收集2011年全年金昌市第一人民医院258份小儿腹泻粪便标本同时行粪常规检验、A群轮状病毒抗原测定,标本直接涂片革兰染色后行显微镜菌群分析、细菌培养、病原菌药敏试验,结合患儿临床信息,综合分析金昌地区小儿腹泻病原学和耐药性特征、肠道菌群变化特点。结果 (1)现阶段金昌地区小儿腹泻病原体以轮状病毒为主;(2)细菌感染引起的小儿腹泻,耐药情况复杂;(3)各种腹泻均可使小儿肠道菌群失调。结论 (1)要有效预防小儿轮状病毒性腹泻;(2)经验治疗小儿细菌性腹泻可以使用β-内酰胺类+酶抑制剂;(3)要重视小儿肠道菌群失调。
Objective To seek the etiological and drug resistance characteristics of pediatric diarrhea in Jinchang area and the changes of intestinal microflora in order to provide a reference for effective prevention and treatment of pediatric diarrhea in Jinchang area. Methods A total of 258 pediatric diarrhea stool samples from the First People ’s Hospital of Jinchang in 2011 were collected and routinely tested for feces. A group of rotavirus antigen was determined. The specimens were directly smeared with Gram stain for microscopic bacterial population analysis, bacterial culture and pathogen Drug sensitivity test, combined with clinical information in children, a comprehensive analysis of Jinchang pediatric diarrhea etiology and drug resistance characteristics of intestinal flora changes. Results (1) The pathogens of infantile diarrhea in Jinchang were mainly rotavirus at this stage. (2) The diarrhea caused by bacterial infection was complicated by drug resistance. (3) All kinds of diarrhea could make children’s intestinal flora dysfunction. Conclusion (1) To effectively prevent pediatric rotavirus diarrhea; (2) Experience in the treatment of bacterial diarrhea in children can use β-lactams + enzyme inhibitors; (3) To pay attention to children with intestinal flora disorders.
