近日,农业部办公厅、财政部办公厅正式印发了《2015-2017年农业机械购置补贴实施指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。2004年11月1日《农业机械化促进法》实施以来,我国农业机械化迎来跨越式发展的“黄金十年”。据统计,2004—2014年中央财政共安排农机购置补贴资金1 200亿元,补贴购置各类农机具超过3 500万台(套)。全国农作物耕种收综合机械化水平由2003年的33%提高到2014年的61%。
Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance officially printed the Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidies for 2015-2017 (the “Opinions”). Since the implementation of the Law of Agricultural Mechanization Promotion on November 1, 2004, China’s agricultural mechanization has ushered in a “golden decade” of leapfrog development. According to statistics, from 2004 to 2014, the central finance allocated a total of 120 billion yuan in agricultural machinery purchase subsidies to subsidize the purchase of more than 35 million sets of various farm machinery. The national mechanized crop cultivation income increased from 33% in 2003 to 61% in 2014.
