随着我国社会经济的快速发展,建筑行业得到了长足的发展,建筑市场中的竞争也越来越激烈。为了适应市场发展形势,提高企业在市场中的综合竞争力,必须加强对项目建设的成本管理,实施建设全过程造价咨询管理。本文首先对工程项目建设全过程造价咨询管理进行简单的分析,然后基于现阶段工程项目建设全过程造价咨询管理中存在的问题,提出行之有效的管理对策,供有关人员参考。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the construction industry has made great strides and the competition in the construction market has become more and more intense. In order to adapt to the market development situation and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the market, we must strengthen the cost management of the project construction and implement cost consulting management in the whole process of construction. This article first analyzes the whole process cost consulting management of the construction project briefly, and then puts forward the effective management countermeasures based on the existing problems in the construction cost consultation management of the current project construction for the reference of relevant personnel.
