中国社科院副院长、著名经济学家刘国光在答《西南物资商业报》记者问时认为:九十年代,我们的改革还要朝着前十多年走过的改革道路,即有计划指导、有宏观控制的“市场取向”改革的方向前进;并且要在改革已取得相当程度成功的基础上,把“市场取向”的改革推向前进,进一步扩大市场机制的作用,逐步建立起计划经济与市场调节相结合的有计划的商品经济新体制.
