婴幼儿腹泻是儿科常见病,多发病,尤其是中医辨证属于虚寒型婴幼儿腹泻,治疗颇为棘手。笔者自1989年以来,采用中药暖剂膏敷脐,治疗婴幼儿腹泻200例,效果满意,现总结报道如下。1 临床资料本组200例,男82例,女118例;发病年龄≤7个月42例,8个月～1.5岁124例,>1.5岁34例;起病时间2天～2月。其中人工喂养儿88例,混合喂养儿48例,母乳喂养儿64例。
