在采用数字比相方法测量传动误差的过程中,由测量原理引入的误差直接影响了测量精度。本文提出了消除原理性误差的一种切实可行的方法,为获得精确的全频率误差打下了基础。
In the use of digital phase method to measure the transmission error in the process, the error introduced by the measurement principle directly affects the measurement accuracy. This paper presents a practical method to eliminate the principle error, which lays the foundation for obtaining accurate full-frequency error.
