0前言由应试教育转向素质教育,是教育发展的需要,是时代发展的需要。没有素质教育,教育将没有出路,民族也必定前路暗淡。素质教育关乎国家的前途,民族的命运,不可谓不重要。民族素质的提高,是学校,家庭,社会综合作用的结果,教师的作用尤其重要。实践证明,素质教育目标的实现,教师是关键。因为教育是一门科学和艺术,教师塑造的是人,而不是偶像或机器。教师的素质直接关系到素质教育的效果。因此,素质教育下,教师更需要加强“内功”。
0 Preface The transition from exam-oriented education to quality education is the need of education development and is the need of the development of the times. Without quality education, education will have no way out, and the nation must surely dim. Quality education is related to the future of the country and the fate of the nation, which are both unimportant and unimportant.
