目的:研究分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2017年7月我院120例接受尿常规检验的女性患者,随机分为两组,各60例,其中对照组采用常规方法采集尿液标本,观察组采用合理方式阻止阴道分泌物流出后再进行尿液标本的采集,记录比较两组尿液标本中白细胞、红细胞、蛋白质以及上皮细胞检出结果。结果:观察组白细胞检出率、红细胞检出率、蛋白质检出率以及上皮细胞检出率分别6.67%、31.67%、0.00%和3.33%,各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道分泌物会影响尿常规临床检验结果,通过对患者阴道进行特殊处理阻止阴道分泌物流出,能有效减少影响尿常规检验结果的干扰因素,提高检验结果的准确性。
Objective: To study the influence of vaginal discharge on the results of routine urine tests. Methods: A total of 120 female patients undergoing urinalysis in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 60 in each group). Urine samples were collected by the conventional method in the control group, Prevent vaginal discharge after the urine sample collection, record the two groups of urine samples of leucocytes, erythrocytes, protein and epithelial cells detected results. Conclusion: Vaginal secretions can affect the results of urinalysis. Through the special treatment of the vagina to prevent vaginal discharge, it can effectively reduce the interference factors that affect the urine test results and improve the accuracy of test results.
