1986年是我国国民经济发展第七个五年计划的第一年。新年伊始,河北省煤炭厅副厅长殷继昌同志应编辑部的约请,撰写了《总结经验 加强领导 开创河北省煤矿安全生产新局面》文章,为我们总结了工作,指出了方向。为此,本刊对作者表示衷心的感谢,并向读者推荐这篇文章,希望它能对我省煤炭生产、建设工作有所裨益。
The year 1986 was the first year of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic Development in our country. At the beginning of the new year, Comrade Yin Jichang, deputy director of Hebei Coal Department, at the invitation of the editorial department, wrote an article titled “Summarizing Experience, Strengthening Leadership and Creating a New Situation in Coal Mine Safety Production in Hebei Province”, summarizing the work for us and pointing out the direction.
