为降低钢中硫含量,铁水预处理工艺被广泛应用于钢铁生产。分别选用低镁高效脱硫剂和AD脱硫剂进行了铁水脱硫试验,结果表明,低镁高效脱硫剂比AD脱硫剂的脱硫效果更好,同时铁损也降低了0.41%。对低镁高效脱硫剂在攀枝花钢铁公司的脱硫工业生产数据进行了线性回归,建立了脱硫率与喷吹工艺参数之间的数学模型,该模型的预测值与生产实际能很好吻合。
In order to reduce the sulfur content in steel, hot metal pretreatment process is widely used in steel production. Magnesium desulphurization test with low Mg and high efficiency desulfurizer and AD desulfurizer respectively was conducted. The results show that the low Mg and high efficiency desulfurizer performed better desulfurization than AD desulfurizer and the iron loss was reduced by 0.41%. The linear regression of low magnesium and high efficiency desulfurizer in the desulfurization industrial production data of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company was carried out. The mathematical model between the desulfurization rate and the injection process parameters was established. The predicted value of this model can be well fitted with the actual production.
