企业的运营和发展离不开一个紧密合作同心同德的员工团队,为了使企业员工团队能够合作顺利,促进企业长期可持续高速发展,员工薪酬体系就变得尤为关键,一个合理有效的薪酬体系既可以安抚团队成员又可以刺激高度的工作积极性,提高企业的凝聚力,提升企业形象,树立良好的工作氛围,形成积极的企业文化,从而加速企业的运营生产,提高整个公司的效益增长。本文基于笔者在人力资源的管理经验与公司状况结合的原则,探讨如何建立一个科学有效的员工薪酬体系,为促进公司持续稳健发展提出建设性策略意见。
