以ph4cv(高分蘖率)×A6(低分蘖率)DH群体分蘖率为研究对象,应用主基因+多基因DH群体遗传模型及混合分布方法,研究玉米分蘖率的遗传特性,并对近缘群体、杂优群体和自交系群体分蘖率进行推导分析,利用六世代(ph6wc×ph4cv)分蘖率进行验证。结果表明,玉米分蘖率是由4对主基因和微效多基因共同决定的,主基因遗传力为95.6%,为加性-显性-上位性模型。主基因决定玉米分蘖率的稳定性,微效多基因是否表现及表现大小决定该群体的分蘖率。
The tillering rate of DH population with ph4cv (high tillering rate) × A6 (low tillering rate) as the research object was used to study the genetic characteristics of tillering rate of maize using the major gene plus polygene DH population genetic model and the mixed distribution method. , Heterotic populations and inbred lines were analyzed and the tillering rate of six generations (ph6wc × ph4cv) was used for validation. The results showed that the tillering rate of maize was determined by 4 pairs of major genes and minor multiplication genes, and the major gene heritability was 95.6%, which was additive-dominance-epistatic model. The main gene determines the stability of the tillering rate of maize, whether the multiplication and multiplication of the multi-effect genes determines the tillering rate of the population.
