自我国加入WTO后,许多外国知名饭店也进入我国市场,从而使我国饭店业在市场竞争中所遭遇的困难及竞争日益激烈,这些现象也从一个侧面揭示了人力资源管理在饭店新一轮发展中的作用越来越重要。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法分析了目前我国中层管理人才现状,并针对现状中所存在的各种弊端提出相应的培养策略。但是饭店中层管理人员队伍结构配制的不合理以及人才的缺失,已经成为饭店提高市场竞争力不可忽视的绊脚石。
