Influenced by the flow of international investment, especially the sharp increase in attracting foreign investment by Asian countries, the Vietnamese government has gradually opened its doors and adopted a series of measures to improve the investment environment. However, many of Vietnam’s current policies and measures are still not stable. Therefore, the investment required to go to Vietnam needs to be fully informed of information and information, understand the policy trends and be cautious in making decisions. Currently, in order to develop the national industry in Vietnam, the state of backwardness has been changed. The key areas for foreign investment are defined as: (1) export-oriented production sectors and sectors that can replace imported products; (2) high-tech production sectors and sectors conducive to the renovation of old ones ; (3) infrastructure projects; (4) for export
