我们在研究无机肥料不同剂量和比例对棉花种子蛋白质和油分积累动态的作用时发现,当营养液中氮对磷相对地占最大优势时(表1处理1),一般的说,由于进入棉花种子中的氮素增强,蛋白质的生物合成较旺盛,脂肪含量降低。该处理的蛋白质形成动态最高,到种子成熟期时的水溶性蛋白质总量大于其他处理2.23—4.63%。当营养液中缺磷时,种子的含油量降低;且营养液中氮素占优势表明,与其说降低含油量,不如说蛋白质的产量在较大程度上超过油分产量。营养液缺钾的处理3,油分形成过程的水平低于完全无机营养的处理。
When we studied the effect of inorganic fertilizers at different dosage and ratio on dynamic accumulation of cotton seed protein and oil, we found that when nitrogen and phosphorus in nutrient solution accounted for the largest relative advantage (Table 1, treatment 1), generally speaking, In the enhanced nitrogen, protein biosynthesis is more vigorous, lower fat content. The highest dynamic rate of protein formation in this treatment was 2.23-4.63% of the total amount of water-soluble protein at maturity. When the nutrient solution is deficient in phosphorus, the oil content of the seeds is reduced; and the predominance of nitrogen in the nutrient solution indicates that, rather than reducing the oil content, the protein yield exceeds the oil yield to a large extent.
