军民一体化模式是军工企业整合资源、降低成本、提升企业效益及产品竞争力的有效途径。军工企业实行军民一体化模式与很多因素有关,为了明确因素间的关系以促进军民一体化模式的实现,构建了军民一体化的影响因素和评价因素体系,并通过系统动力学模型和对应分析的实证方法得出了因素间的作用关系。认为军工企业应充分利用军用高技术优势实现技术转移,通过专业化分工方式提高资源利用率,并以合理的政策法规和管理体制做支持。
The military-civilian integration model is an effective way for military enterprises to integrate resources, reduce costs and enhance their efficiency and product competitiveness.
