近十余年,臀先露(臀位)的处理有了很大变化。国内外为了降低围产儿死亡率、减少新生儿合并症,剖宫产率日渐增高。对臀位的处理已成为众所关心的问题。臀位分娩较头位不利。如:不能预先诊断后出胎头与骨盆是否相称;早破水的发生率高;软产道的扩张缓慢,产程时间长;脐带受压及脱垂的发生率高;容易发生胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息;产伤的发生率高于头位等。
