(甲氧萘丙酸)(Naproven)是一种非类固醇抗炎药物,具止痛及退热的性能,它一直被用于治疗关节炎。作者研究了本药在肿瘤患者的退热作用,并估价了其在鉴别肿瘤性的发热与感染性发热方面的作用。病人及方法16例新诊断的或复发的恶性肿瘤患儿,均为肿瘤活动期,有未明确起因的发热,用甲氧萘丙酸治疗。全部患儿均给予广谱抗生素治疗(羧苄青霉素、苯唑青霉素及庆大霉素),患儿每4小时记录
(Naproven) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic and antipyretic properties that has been used to treat arthritis. The authors studied the antipyretic effect of this drug in cancer patients and evaluated its role in differentiating between neoplastic and infective fever. Patients and Methods 16 cases of newly diagnosed or recurrent malignant tumor children, are tumor activity, there is no clear cause of fever, with naproxen treatment.
