在幼师生的教育见实习实践中,教育教学的技术性成分被关注得比较多,教师与幼儿之间的情感互动比较缺失。在幼师生的教育见实习实践中,关注其情感互动更有利于理解幼儿园教师职业的特质,降低“成人感”的消极视阈,体验未来的职业幸福感,降低入职后的职业倦怠风险。幼师生良好的情感互动能力的形成主要是通过教育见实习实践和入职后的养情渐进、共情渐进、怡情渐进,最终升华至对孩子的“爱”情渐进养成。
See the internship practice in the education of young teachers and students, the technical components of education and teaching are concerned more, the emotional interaction between teachers and young children is relatively lacking.
