本文总结了１９９０年８月至１９９２年３月我院纤维支气管镜（ＦＯＢ）室经病理证实或／和细菌学确诊的中老年支气管内膜结核共２２例，分析了中老年支气管内膜结核的临床表现、Ｘ线特点，重点讨论了ＦＯＢ对中老年支气管内膜结核的诊断价值。
This article summarizes 22 cases of endobronchial endocardial tuberculosis in middle-aged and elderly patients diagnosed by pathology or / and bacteriology from August 1990 to March 1992 in our hospital and analyzed the relationship between bronchial endometrial tuberculosis Clinical manifestations, X-ray features, focusing on the FOB diagnosis of bronchial endocardial tuberculosis in the elderly.
