批评是负激励,所以在管理工作中尽量少用或不用,但批评又是管理工作特别是思想工作不可或缺且极其重要的管理方法。批评要注重提高批评效率。提高批评效率要明确正确的批评目的。只有有了正确的批评目的,才能提高批评效率。提高批评效率要有正确的批评方法。要正确把握被批评者存在问题的性质、被批评者个性的性格特征和批评情境等各种因素的影响,并在对各种因素的分析中找到较为合理有效的批评方法。提高批评效率要有适度的批评控制。在实际活动中批评者要对自身的情绪以及批评的分寸和批评场合进行有效的调控。
